About Tovie
I'm a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor's Degree of Food and Nutrition, and additional
professional training in the clinical application of low carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF)
nutrition, under Prof. Tim Noakes. I am a member of Nutrition Network and the Nutrition
Society of Australia. My passion is helping people reach their health goals by focusing on
the nourishing, natural foods that our bodies were designed to thrive on.
My goal is to take the stress and confusion out of dietary change by helping you navigate the
obstacles that might be standing in your way. I'll show you how to enjoy nutrient-dense, delicious,
and budget-friendly foods—without spending hours in the kitchen or hunting down complicated ingredients.
