Pathway to Health Nutrition is dedicated to educating individuals in the art of low carbohydrate nutrition and personalised fasting to achieve improved metabolic health
and weight management. Both of these protocols have repeatedly demonstrated success in
avoiding chronic diseases such as obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, polycystic ovarian
syndrome (PCOS), fatty liver disease, high blood pressure, and poor cardiovascular health.

Here to Help You
Tovie is a qualified nutritionist and metabolic health coach, completing her degree in Food
& Nutrition at La Trobe University, Australia. She has since undertaken further training in
Low Carbohydrate Healthy Fat Eating through the Nutrition Network, and has become a
certified Nutrition Network Advisor. In addition, Tovie has attained certification as a
fasting coach, with Dr Mindy Pelz’s “Fast Like A Girl” Certification Programme.
Having used these protocols herself for many years, Tovie overcame her own personal health challenges
with chronic digestive issues, recurrent infections, and menopausal symptoms.
Tovie understands potential feelings of stress and confusion when making dietary changes, and
she is excited to help you navigate any obstacles that might be standing in your way.
Her passion is helping people reach their health goals by focusing on nutrient-dense, delicious,
and budget-friendly foods—without spending hours in the kitchen or hunting down
complicated ingredients.
